You can participate in the life of Minerva in many ways: by working in a project related to gender equality and women empowerment; or by joining the association, and then taking part in the social life of Minerva, or still keeping up to date on information campaigns.
Work on a project
Minerva social workers works in Italy or abroad, and they are selected on the basis of the technical and professional skills linked to the specificity of the role requested from time to time and the type of project to be carried out. To these are added further characteristics of adaptability to different contexts and ability to relate and work in groups.
Minerva starts the search for social workers only in conjunction with the launch of new project initiatives and through the publication of the required profile on our website.
Those interested can send their CV to info@ngo-minerva.eu indicating the position for which they wish to compete.
In any case, the Selection team guarantees an answer.
Any selection interviews will follow at Forlí office.

Travel & exchanges
The international mobility activities carried out by Minerva are mainly carried out within the framework of the “Erasmus +” programme. The initiatives, divided into short and long-term activities, consist of youth exchanges, seminars, training courses. The target audience, as well as the participation requirements, vary according to the type of intervention.
The youth exchanges are reserved for young people aged 13 to 30 years and are aimed at those who, for the first few times, you approach the world of international mobility.
The training courses and seminars have no age limits, are reserved for representatives of local associations and stakeholders, and are aimed at transmitting professional skills in the sector of activities for young people and sharing good practices.
The participation conditions provide in some cases a marginal contribution to travel expenses. The remaining costs are fully covered by EU funds.
